Антивірусні вакцини для риб (огляд)

Мета. Проаналізувати масив спеціальної літератури та узагальнити отриману інформацію щодо антивірусних вакцин в аквакультурі для профілактики найбільш поширених вірусних захворювань риб.

Результати. Представлено огляд наукових публікацій, присвячених особливостям різноманітних антивірусних вакцин, які застосовуються в багатьох країнах світу. Узагальнено інформацію про комерційні вакцини, які доступні на світовому ринку або знаходяться на етапі експериментальної розробки чи ліцензування. Акцентовано увагу на основних типах вакцин, а саме: інактивованих, субодиничних та ДНК-вакцинах, а також на промислово важливих видах риб, до яких застосовується профілактична імунізація. Розкрито деякі аспекти імунної відповіді та механізму дії експериментальних вакцин проти вірусу інфекційного панкреатичного некрозу.

Практична значимість. Огляд може бути корисним для науковців, здобувачів наукових ступенів, спеціалістів ветеринарної служби та власників рибницьких господарств.
