Перспективи використання пребіотика «Актіген» у рибництві (огляд)

Мета. Проаналізувати сукупність спеціальної фахової літератури та узагальнити отриману інформацію щодо використання препарату «Актіген» у підгалузях тваринництва, висвітлити його основні характеристики та механізм біологічної дії, обґрунтувати перспективи застосування у рибництві.

Результати. Представлено аналіз сучасних наукових публікацій, які відображають особливості препарату «Актіген», а також його фармакокінетики та фармакодинаміки. Окреслено його переваги серед пребіотичних препаратів, ефективність застосування у тваринництві та аквакультурі, а також ступінь науково-дослідницького висвітлення даної проблематики. Узагальнено літературні дані щодо основних напрямів дії цього препарату на організм риб. Так, висвітлено вплив «Актігену» на мікробіом кишечника та неспецифічний імунітет. Розглянуто можливість його використання замість антибіотиків та лікувально-профілактичних препаратів у рибництві. Проаналізовано використання препарату «Актіген» у годівлі риб з метою зменшення коефіцієнта конверсії корму та покращення рибницько-бологічних показників. Показано перспективи застосування препарату «Актіген» у годівлі риб, зокрема коропа.

Практична значимість. Огляд може бути корисним для науковців, здобувачів, студентів, виробників рибної продукції та приватних підприємців, які задіяні у процесах виробництва кормових добавок для риб та власне продукції рибництва.

Ключові слова: «Актіген», пребіотики, годівля риб, мікробіом, умовно-патогенні мікроорганізми, антибіотики, мананоолігосахариди.
