Отримання та вирощування мальків великоротого окуня (Micropterus salmoides (Lacеpеde, 1802)) в умовах тепловодних ставових рибних господарств (огляд)

Мета. Великоротий окунь, або форелеокунь (Micropterus salmoides)― риба, що походить із водойм Північної Америки, є перспективним об’єктом аквакультури у всьому світі. Про це свідчить той факт, що на сьогодні зазначений вид активно вирощується в аквакультурі більше ніж 50 країнах світу, на всіх континентах, за винятком Антарктиди та Австралії, як для любительського і спортивного рибальства, так і у якості товарної риби. Якщо розглядати історію відтворення та вирощування великоротого окуня, то можна помітити тенденцію до постійного розширення етапів вирощування та переходу від полікультури до монокультури. Так, наприклад, якщо у першій половині минулого сторіччя на території США рибні господарства вирощували переважно молодь великоротого окуня для зариблення природних водойм, то на даному етапі більшість господарств використовує повний цикл вирощування від мальків до товарної риби. Також, якщо раніше у багатьох країнах великоротий окунь використовувався, в основному, як додатковий об’єкт аквакультури (біомеліоратор) при вирощуванні, наприклад, коропа, то на даний час, з розвитком рекреаційного рибальства, він все частіше стає основним об’єктом аквакультури, чому сприяє інтенсифікація методів вирощування. У сучасному світі існує багато методик вирощування форелеокуня, від найпростіших, екстенсивних, коли риба утримується на природній кормовій базі, до найінтенсивніших, з використанням проточних аквакультурних систем та позасезонного нересту. Для території України може виявитися ефективною ставова аквакультура великоротого окуня, яка починається з отримання личинок та мальків в умовах рибних господарств. Саме зазначений етап і буде розглянуто у даній статті.

Результати. Дана робота містить у собі короткі відомості про методику природного нересту великоротого окуня, заповнення ставів водою, відбір плідників та норми їх запуску до нерестових ставів, нерестову поведінку риби, особливості догляду за личинками та мальками,сортування молоді, а також мінімізацію травмування риби при маніпуляціях з нею.

Практична значимість. Інформація, представлена у зазначеному огляді, може бути у подальшому використана для розробки методики отримання личинок та мальків великоротого окуня в умовах тепловодних ставових рибних господарств на території України з урахуванням кліматичних умов та місцевих особливостей аквакультури.
