Застосування пробіотиків у аквакультурі (огляд)

Мета. Проаналізувати дані сучасної спеціальної літератури та узагальнити отриману інформацію щодо застосування пробіотичних засобів у аквакультурі. Розглянути основні принципи класифікації існуючих пробіотиків, методи їх введення у організм гідробіонтів та механізми дії різних пробіотичних груп.

Результати. Представлено огляд сучасних наукових публікацій, присвячених застосуванню пробіотиків при вирощуванні об’єктів аквакультури з метою зниження рівня їх смертності та, відповідно, підвищення ефективності роботи господарств. Узагальнено літературні дані щодо класифікації пробіотиків залежно від складу та призначення. Описано сучасні загальні уявлення про мікробіоту об’єктів аквакультури. Наведено існуючі шляхи внесення пробіотиків у організм. Розглянуто основні концепції механізмів та результатів дії пробіотиків на організм господаря (пригнічення патогенної мікрофлори, підвищення якісних характеристик водного середовища, конкуренція за місця локалізації та поживні речовини, забезпечення організму імуностимуляторами, травними ферментами та іншими біологічно активними речовинами). Показано перспективність використання пробіотиків як альтернативи антимікробним препаратам та лікувальним засобам хімічної природи в аквакультурі.

Практична значимість. Огляд може бути корисним для науковців, які досліджують альтернативні методи лікування об’єктів аквакультури та взаємодію організмів гідробіонтів з пробіотиками.

Ключові слова: пробіотики, аквакультура, боротьба та профілактика з хворобами риб, гідробіонти, альтернатива антибіотикам.
