Динаміка вмісту β-каротину в гемолімфі та гепатопанкреасі Lymnaea stagnalis (Linnaeus, 1758) за хронічної дії фенолу

Мета. Встановити закономірності змін вмісту β-каротину в гемолімфі та гепатопанкреасі Lymnaea stagnalis (Linnaeus, 1758) за дії фенолу у концентраціях 0,0005, 0,002, 0,005 та 0,01 мг/дм3 за різної тривалості експозиції (2, 7, 14 та 21 доба).
Методика. Дослідження проведено на статевозрілих однорозмірних молюсках виду L. stagnalis. Тварин утримували у розчинах фенолу у концентраціях 0,0005, 0,002, 0,005 та 0,01 мг/дм3 протягом 2, 7, 14 і 21 доби. Усі досліди супроводжувались контролем. Вміст β-каротину визначали спектрофотометричним методом у гемолімфі та гомогенаті гепатопанкреасу після екстракції гексаном (1:4). Для статистичної обробки результатів застосовано двофакторний дисперсійний аналіз (Two-way ANOVA) та апостеріорний тест Тьюкі (Tukey HSD).
Результати. Двофакторний дисперсійний аналіз показав статистично значущий вплив факторів «концентрація фенолу» та «тривалість експозиції», а також їхньої взаємодії на вміст β-каротину у гепатопанкреасі (p < 0,001) та гемолімфі (p < 0,001) досліджуваних молюсків, що свідчить про нелінійний і часозалежний характер відповіді каротиноїдної системи. У гепатопанкреасі L. stagnalis на ранньому етапі експозиції (2 доби) за дії фенолу у концентраціях 0,0005 та 0,005 мг/дм3 вміст β-каротину достовірно зменшувався на 42,4–46,8 % (p < 0,001–0,01), тоді як пролонгація впливу до 21 доби супроводжувалася зростанням показників на 31,2–51,5 % (p < 0,01–0,05), що свідчить про перебудову каротиноїдного обміну за умов тривалого токсичного навантаження. У гемолімфі зміни були більш варіабельними, однак на 21 добу експозиції дія фенолу незалежно від концентрації зумовлювала збільшення вмісту β-каротину на 15,83–46,95 % щодо контролю (p < 0,01–0,05).
Наукова новизна. Встановлено особливості часової та тканинно-специфічної динаміки вмісту β-каротину в гемолімфі та гепатопанкреасі L. stagnalis за хронічної дії фенолу у діапазоні концентрацій 0,0005–0,01 мг/дм3 та показано залежність характеру цих змін від поєднаної дії концентрації фенолу і тривалості експозиції.
Практична значущість. Отримані результати розширюють сучасні уявлення про перебудову каротиноїдного обміну у прісноводних молюсків за умов фенольної інтоксикації та обґрунтовують перспективність використання β-каротину як потенційного біохімічного маркера фенольного забруднення під час екотоксикологічного моніторингу прісноводних екосистем.
