Мета. Здійснити всебічний аналіз технологічних підходів до одержання товарної продукції тиляпії за різних ступенів інтенсифікації процесу на прикладі Держави Ізраїль. Досвід Ізраїлю у вирощуванні тиляпій як одного з провідних об’єктів світової аквакультури є особливо значущим для України. Він сприяє впровадженню ресурсозберігальних та екологічно безпечних технологій у процес вирощування нових і перспективних видів риб у вітчизняній рибогосподарській галузі.
Методика. Інформаційно-аналітичною основою роботи є авторські матеріали, отримані під час міжнародного стажування «Intensive Fish Farming» (MASHAV, Ізраїль), а також аналітичні дані Міністерства сільського господарства та Асоціації рибників Ізраїлю. Систематизацію масиву даних, виявлення системних закономірностей та обґрунтування висновків здійснено із застосуванням комплексного логіко-аналітичного апарату, що забезпечило комплексну структуризацію результатів та обґрунтованість висновків.
Результати. Представлена робота підготовлена учасниками навчального курсу MASHAV International Course «Intensive Fish Farming», що проводився в Ізраїлі, та являє собою узагальнення знань про значення тиляпій у світовій аквакультурі й технологічних підходів до їх вирощування, застосовуваних у цій країні. У дослідженні представлені дані щодо глобального експорту та імпорту цих риб, проаналізовано гастрономічну цінність їхнього м’яса, а також наведено основні аспекти їх культивування в Ізраїлі, із докладним описом застосовуваних технологій. Детально висвітлено ключові аспекти інтенсифікації виробництва, зокрема з використанням рециркуляційних аквакультурних систем та біофлок-технологій. Визначено параметри гідрохімічного режиму, годівлі та щільності посадки, які забезпечують максимальну біологічну й економічну ефективність процесів культивування.
Наукова новизна. Проведено комплексний аналіз та систематизацію сучасного світового та ізраїльського досвіду інтенсивного культивування тиляпії, виявлено технологічні закономірності застосування ресурсозберігальних та рециркуляційних систем, а також науково обґрунтувано перспективність їх імплементації у вітчизняну аквакультуру.
Практична значущість. Отримані результати можуть стати важливим підґрунтям для популяризації тиляпій як перспективних об’єктів аквакультури, а також сприяти розробці та впровадженню інноваційних методів їх розведення і культивування.
