The method of multiplex polymerase chain reaction for simultaneous detection of major bacterial fish pathogens Renibacterium salmoninarum, Yersinia ruckeri, Flavobacterium columnarae was developed. The specificity and effectiveness of oligonucleotide primers and also the advantages of developed method in comparison with bacterial examination were shown.
