MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES OF TWO-YEARS-OLD RAINBOW TROUT (ONCORHYNCHUS MYKISS WALBAUM, 1792)

There are presented results of morphological studies of two-years-old rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792). There was determined the weight of different organs and body parts of commodity fish, which had different initial weights. It was found that fish with bodyweight of 240–265 g had the highest percentage (66,3%) of fillet.
