The features of genetic structure of population of Amur carp (Cyprinus carpio haematopterus) are investigational from a herd, contained to fish farm Konotop of “Sumyrybkhosp”. ISSR-PCR analysis in a fish-farming — it outage and in relation to inexpensive method which can be used for the study of genetic change-ability in the future. The optimized ISSR-PCR method can serve an effective instrument in further population — genetic researches of herds of Amur carp.
